Terms of Use
These Terms apply to all apps developed by ZP Makes, including dump, Step Pics, Quiet Time, Color Fun AI, Boost, and LifeMax.
End User License Agreement (EULA)

User-Generated Content & Conduct
Our apps may allow you to create usernames, profile images, squad names, or other content visible to other users. By using these features, you agree to the following:
- You will not post, share, or display content that is offensive, abusive, harassing, hateful, discriminatory, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise objectionable.
- You will not use usernames, profile images, or any other user-generated content to impersonate others, promote illegal activity, or engage in bullying or harassment.
- You will not create spam accounts or use the app to distribute unsolicited messages.
Zero Tolerance Policy: We have zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. Any content that violates these terms will be removed, and the offending user's account may be suspended or permanently terminated at our sole discretion. We aim to review all reports and take action within 24 hours.
Users can report objectionable content or abusive users directly within the app. You may also block users to prevent further interaction. Blocking a user will immediately remove their content from your experience and notify us for review.
Subscriptions & In-App Purchases
Some ZP Makes apps offer optional premium features via auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID and follow Apple's standard subscription terms.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our apps at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the app will immediately cease.
